Target audience is the most important aspect of any business. They are a group of individuals who share similar characteristics. They influence the marketing and advertising decisions.
The different demographics in which companies segregate target audience are: age, sex, preference, geography, culture, etc.
Without having an understanding of the target audience, it is impossible for any company to reach out the right set of public. If they do not understand who they are trying to reach out to, they will never be able to figure out whom to target through their products and services.
